Challenge 

Biopsy procedures have been made less invasive, more accurate, faster, and to require less recovery time, thanks in part to advances in attaining tissue samples using miniature motors. Portescap's multi-technology miniature medical motors enable compact and lightweight biopsy handheld devices. Brush or brushless motors typically allow for the retracting and cutting action of large-gauge spring-loaded probes, while small step motors can be used to precisely organize multiple tissue samples into separate sample containers.
