Portescap Joins the Altra Team

Portescap is pleased to announce, along with Kollmorgen, Thomson, and Jacobs Vehicle Systems that we are now part of Altra Industrial Motion Corp (NASDAQ: AIMC), making Altra a global leader in the power transmission and motion control market.

As a leader in miniature motion solutions, we pledge our continued commitment to exceptional value to our customers, communities, and society. The integration work has already begun with a key focus to inspire innovation by relentlessly seeking to better understand our customers’ needs. We are excited for this new chapter and the new resources that Altra will bring.

Shortly after the announcement, our Altra leadership team visited Portescap’s West Chester (USA), Switzerland and India facilities. At our West Chester office, our executive team met with employees to discuss the core values that drive the Altra Business Systems. Following the meet and greet, Portescap's Director of Operation Ben Vanderhoof gave our leadership team a sneak peak of our newly remodeled facility (more news to follow).

Next stop, Portescap's President Rishi Bhatnagar and the Altra leadership team toured our Europe facilities and meet with our team of experts. The team shared their commitment and the new core values that will drive the Altra Business System. To end the monumental day, all our employees received new Altra swag to celebrate.
